Return Policy
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed. Once a return request is received a Return Authorization Number is then issued. Please contact shop@tracyreese.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, please send all items including any attachments, adornments, trim, belts, etc to:

- A Return Authorization Number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization Number does NOT guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
- All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned new, unworn and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.
- ACCESSORIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
- To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided and use a carrier with whom you can track your goods to ensure they are received.
- Customer shall take up the costs of return shipping and the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once goods have been deemed acceptable for return to stock, your original form of payment will be credited minus the initial shipping fees as indicated above. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your original transaction when this has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from tracyreese.com.
- All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. Items purchased with a discount code/coupon are also considered FINAL SALE. All items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable or exchangeable.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT THE TRACY REESE STORE MUST BE RETURNED IN-STORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
